For close to a month I have only been doing the bare minimum around here, and sleeping a crazy lot. Crafting is not on that list. Keeping the rest of the house healthy IS. I did have a few good days over my birthday thank goodness, and then right back to maybe worse than before. But I THINK I'm through it now and hey look- I got a birthday card made! I only need four more to catch up for this month.... yikes. <br />I think I can... I think I can...</p><p>For this card I combined the sketch from <a href="https://freshlymadesketches.blogspot.com/2024/03/freshly-made-sketches-627-sketch-by.html">Freshly Made Sketches</a> and the latest colors from <a href="https://handstampedsentiments.blogspot.com/2024/03/hand-stamped-sentiments-color-challenge.html">Hand Stamped Sentiments</a>, and this is my result! Bit chaotic, but I think these colors are perfect for the birthday girl! <br /></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiv_bgEcjy_eIhS_geV_Cp8MSI72tjYNPcgRQW0Xdg9OuXung_XPa99eRAZXkuS1Cnqd5VC6L7yPqX6sDyaM-KzgzB6fm7xDFLKo4UGtrIZE40uVGBGp7blzL9bXq80X4hH3MfUylUIBaHvlwjegxhu6FZ2om7ZWEIshtdXO0ovO3hNgYt2fyZvy4Hwpg/s3061/PXL_20240316_173410863.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2268" data-original-width="3061" height="296" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiv_bgEcjy_eIhS_geV_Cp8MSI72tjYNPcgRQW0Xdg9OuXung_XPa99eRAZXkuS1Cnqd5VC6L7yPqX6sDyaM-KzgzB6fm7xDFLKo4UGtrIZE40uVGBGp7blzL9bXq80X4hH3MfUylUIBaHvlwjegxhu6FZ2om7ZWEIshtdXO0ovO3hNgYt2fyZvy4Hwpg/w400-h296/PXL_20240316_173410863.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>Supplies:<br />Stamps: Sending Smiles<br />Ink: Coastal Cabana, Crushed Curry, Flirty Flamingo<br />Paper: Flirty Flamingo, Coastal Cabana, Basic White card stocks<br />Accessories: White Baker's Twine, Timeworn Type embossing folder, Circle dies, Dimensionals Tanyahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09404451241798660833noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3719552784854580253.post-8272610196211942902024-03-05T14:36:00.002-07:002024-03-05T14:36:52.267-07:00Sale-A-Bration Scrapping! <div style="text-align: left;">Happy March! annnd it's finally winter at my house! ha! <br /><br />Sometimes life is just so busy, and Sale-A-Bration goes by so quickly, that we don't always get to play with the things while they're current! <br />That and I was sick for over a week...blah!<br />But this past weekend included my birthday, and the TWENTY year anniversary of me becoming a demonstrator (nope, cannot believe that!!), so I played with some new paper and scrapbooked, which is my favorite!</div><div style="text-align: left;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: left;">In this case, I used some very old photos with this new (and already retired! sniff!) Have you placed your orders and gotten your freebies? Don't forget the extra's they added in February! Let me know if you need help placing an order, so you don't miss out! <br /><br />This is my favorite of the Sale-A-Bration exclusives this year- making this card perfect for the latest <a href="https://tgifchallenges.blogspot.com/2024/02/tgifc460-product-challenge.html">TGIF Challenge</a>. It is also a gorgeous floral, making it perfect for the <a href="https://suochallenges.com/suoc-345-your-favorite-florals/">SUO Challenge</a>, ha! I kind of had to sneak the Smoky Slate in- but I used it to ink the edges of the rectangle with the girl. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhbmfg-DQ4samvur36iGexMddUyeVa9ObANyo00-dG6XVW8XTrIN5mTjXSmJuGy-wAYg9kq2JDFqagxhWkfyxWST5Fc5CVwOB-SEdg0duZLrNcPwUFRjUBg5OUTZRRFaQEIyInvvmjeo75C4Lw_WLsWFq01CWt6DSU-aG9baNjzm7n7zV0FAPnUvhiwLw/s3166/PXL_20240215_195513064.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3166" data-original-width="2485" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhbmfg-DQ4samvur36iGexMddUyeVa9ObANyo00-dG6XVW8XTrIN5mTjXSmJuGy-wAYg9kq2JDFqagxhWkfyxWST5Fc5CVwOB-SEdg0duZLrNcPwUFRjUBg5OUTZRRFaQEIyInvvmjeo75C4Lw_WLsWFq01CWt6DSU-aG9baNjzm7n7zV0FAPnUvhiwLw/w314-h400/PXL_20240215_195513064.jpg" width="314" /></a></div><div style="text-align: left;">Supplies:</div><div style="text-align: left;">Stamps: Kiddin' Around</div><div style="text-align: left;">Ink: Memento Black, Berry Burst, Smoky Slate</div><div style="text-align: left;">Stampin' Blends: Light Petal Pink</div><div style="text-align: left;">Paper: Bubble Bath & Basic White card stocks, Bright & Beautiful DP <br />Accessories: Watercolor Pencils (Early Espresso, Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight, Balmy Blue, Rich Razzleberry-retired), Dimensionals, Glue Dots, Berry Burst ribbon- retired from a PP kit</div>Tanyahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09404451241798660833noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3719552784854580253.post-75808151707739159792024-02-13T13:52:00.001-07:002024-02-13T13:52:11.131-07:00Happy Scrapping! <div style="text-align: left;">I am absolutely in love with this Kiddin' Around Suite! This is the most basic way to use it in a scrapbook page, but I think it turned out cute. </div><div style="text-align: left;">I don't even know who took these pictures of my daughter laughing, or why, but I thought they were so happy and that it should be scrapped! So I added some strips of these cute kids having fun, and a couple happy phrases from the stamp set. </div><div style="text-align: left;">The tilted layout is inspired by my Scrappy friend Cheryl. Tho I guess it was originally from pagemaps. You can see her original layout <a href="https://evenmorescrapping.blogspot.com/2024/01/so-happy-together-layout-for-lasting.html">HERE</a>. </div><div style="text-align: left;">And side note, I use my retired products specific for scrapbooking. So even though the focus is on this brand new product suite, there are still some retired items here. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjBBX4iAYCltqv9ANCpNNu0a3v8UrHn7YK12-rT1MqQ5f7z1FD3KnBaqrz8eJeP0_gzcEtKhru2lZlsuG8z-glydnHXK7obUmmXmfach0qsuRqYAJxeYiZHLaxVDFbUP0XcQoYcwIGG6Qh2Aub4ZC8nKW_oW1b7cmTlDLWJIIadEki8Zs1vomqW8c6hyA/s3930/PXL_20240210_163745347.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2000" data-original-width="3930" height="204" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjBBX4iAYCltqv9ANCpNNu0a3v8UrHn7YK12-rT1MqQ5f7z1FD3KnBaqrz8eJeP0_gzcEtKhru2lZlsuG8z-glydnHXK7obUmmXmfach0qsuRqYAJxeYiZHLaxVDFbUP0XcQoYcwIGG6Qh2Aub4ZC8nKW_oW1b7cmTlDLWJIIadEki8Zs1vomqW8c6hyA/w400-h204/PXL_20240210_163745347.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div style="text-align: left;">Supplies:</div><div style="text-align: left;">Stamps: Kiddin' Around, Seasonal Snapshot 2015 (long retired)</div><div style="text-align: left;">Ink: Berry Burst</div><div style="text-align: left;">Paper: Basic White, Berry Burst card stocks, Just Kiddin' DP</div><div style="text-align: left;">Accessories: Silver Metal Edge Tags (long retired), Berry Burst baker's twine (from a PP kit), 2016-18 In Color Enamel Shapes (long retired)</div>Tanyahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09404451241798660833noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3719552784854580253.post-27372306138629379402024-02-10T10:44:00.002-07:002024-02-10T10:44:46.777-07:00Paper Pumpkin Scrapping! <p>Clearly, I've spent some time lately trying to use up Paper Pumpkin kits! <br />This was the same kit I posted about <a href="https://tanyastampsnthings.blogspot.com/2024/01/paper-pumpkin-thanks.html">HERE</a> on Jan 8, and I still have the leaf stickers and the little flower die cuts... so I made a couple scrapbook pages with it! </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjgOGFePeLIj8m3bPWAM_bhnjHKGqtgoRJ8Gv2IowVwGDXSllRTVU8ja-ro-tAZKkmstYiEp7joYeftknbvCw9IjXkDsB5encBgjmuIWxO1FzQzl9u3yd5ry1KYnBcIp808gHUIcecLH0IgJTPmwVlIi5HykSnFEl2y7UHdPqexF2E7QiWmSXA9X1Jxrg/s2805/IMG_20240111_153623282_HDR.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2805" data-original-width="2798" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjgOGFePeLIj8m3bPWAM_bhnjHKGqtgoRJ8Gv2IowVwGDXSllRTVU8ja-ro-tAZKkmstYiEp7joYeftknbvCw9IjXkDsB5encBgjmuIWxO1FzQzl9u3yd5ry1KYnBcIp808gHUIcecLH0IgJTPmwVlIi5HykSnFEl2y7UHdPqexF2E7QiWmSXA9X1Jxrg/w399-h400/IMG_20240111_153623282_HDR.jpg" width="399" /></a></div><div>Supplies:</div><div>Stamps: Paper Pumpkin Aug 2017</div><div>Ink: Starry Sky, Flirty Flamingo</div><div>Paper: Basic White</div><div>Accessories: Paper Pumpkin Aug 2017</div><div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg1UQZ0obAcSmr2Un4hRbbaEA9mEt30t-Axky0RcW9YT75VCbhVLIIJxK3XCdiToJqDk1FikF5JP4iV1IPAKAnzLEWIXB9MLUlzFDuFHJOYRjdkdLT2mZnF4rB0yyfmWFTlOXB3Al3_7RYZuu3KkyzjN0XA81R1PreQyV6zmnwlo2f4i1DGwkKV9v-k4g/s3840/PXL_20240208_205216630.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1976" data-original-width="3840" height="206" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg1UQZ0obAcSmr2Un4hRbbaEA9mEt30t-Axky0RcW9YT75VCbhVLIIJxK3XCdiToJqDk1FikF5JP4iV1IPAKAnzLEWIXB9MLUlzFDuFHJOYRjdkdLT2mZnF4rB0yyfmWFTlOXB3Al3_7RYZuu3KkyzjN0XA81R1PreQyV6zmnwlo2f4i1DGwkKV9v-k4g/w400-h206/PXL_20240208_205216630.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="text-align: left;">Supplies:</span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><div style="text-align: left;">Stamps: Paper Pumpkin Aug 2017</div><div style="text-align: left;">Ink: Fresh Freesia, Orchid Oasis</div><div style="text-align: left;">Paper: Basic White</div><div style="text-align: left;">Accessories: Paper Pumpkin Aug 2017</div><div style="text-align: left;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: left;">And even after using some up, I still have lots more! </div></div>Tanyahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09404451241798660833noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3719552784854580253.post-47407580725423046362024-02-09T14:08:00.002-07:002024-02-09T15:48:10.314-07:00Another Paper Pumpkin! <div>This kit came February 2023 and I finally got it done AND sent out a handful too! <br />This kit is unique in that each card is a window card on the front, and the rest of the scene is inside the card. They're super cute cards but to be totally honest, I don't love that it leaves NO room to write a message....I ended up flipping it over and writing it on the back, so do that before you add rain drops!<br /><br />I did make two of this rainbow card ages ago, but I cut off the front frame/window parts. I made both of these last year: </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhjAW47I96xanPCPUlQKSPDerXcgC6Eh7p1kOWYKi3n4lDQcD90tajJr02pP3sQPJjly9k3qdThuuP_3s5V18MDNwUonPf4y6zhR9kmV72Pr2XpGFp05Y15SEQhfXMZfH1Q7zEsgAxUZhE7QtEWznzfGQoxwN-9bMm_IzxqB7ZgubWVgDgzZT-3_eSPQ/s3281/IMG_3592.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2639" data-original-width="3281" height="321" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhjAW47I96xanPCPUlQKSPDerXcgC6Eh7p1kOWYKi3n4lDQcD90tajJr02pP3sQPJjly9k3qdThuuP_3s5V18MDNwUonPf4y6zhR9kmV72Pr2XpGFp05Y15SEQhfXMZfH1Q7zEsgAxUZhE7QtEWznzfGQoxwN-9bMm_IzxqB7ZgubWVgDgzZT-3_eSPQ/w400-h321/IMG_3592.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh9o_8A6vtgrudZpwsd8mEsktJbGrQjKqoIhqJwqRr8wnj5v5GLRjDj3q8-WcdnK7-NcbN9JOwvmy4lU4Y4gdSea2bG_VNO7s7pYKhCXUaBcqOJQ78TB7CJZP1HL2fioblid4kswTd1FEvU75i-jk5dE-51Ua8A5tn7u3gXLh9wpD88EBiuHXJoS5HCtQ/s2980/IMG_20230512_135556870_HDR.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2311" data-original-width="2980" height="310" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh9o_8A6vtgrudZpwsd8mEsktJbGrQjKqoIhqJwqRr8wnj5v5GLRjDj3q8-WcdnK7-NcbN9JOwvmy4lU4Y4gdSea2bG_VNO7s7pYKhCXUaBcqOJQ78TB7CJZP1HL2fioblid4kswTd1FEvU75i-jk5dE-51Ua8A5tn7u3gXLh9wpD88EBiuHXJoS5HCtQ/w400-h310/IMG_20230512_135556870_HDR.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div>And these I made this past week. This is when those stack of old Paper Pumpkin kits are so helpful! The kit I chose to play with first arrived December 2017. ha. I did make all of one of the two original cards, and mailed them out already. But I had plenty more to play with today! <br /><br /></div><div style="text-align: left;">First, to finish up that first design, I made this: </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh5vuM1aJ277WbIh8xO7g8V9M1KQaA-QdPw7kGSl5OXYZ69B1m-FNV0SbG8e4HOWP4ZeACwnVA7LBXbI9Z3nFZP8yJwm2_TnonZ6kMaFzexiEEs-o_DzjaCwfrXI3SZi_PWifKb8KPIbWZwRKbbUr_6gSJTkA0m5ajXCnYmgWzjMvDonVWSitjF7nCBvg/s3319/PXL_20240207_183047404.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3319" data-original-width="2562" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh5vuM1aJ277WbIh8xO7g8V9M1KQaA-QdPw7kGSl5OXYZ69B1m-FNV0SbG8e4HOWP4ZeACwnVA7LBXbI9Z3nFZP8yJwm2_TnonZ6kMaFzexiEEs-o_DzjaCwfrXI3SZi_PWifKb8KPIbWZwRKbbUr_6gSJTkA0m5ajXCnYmgWzjMvDonVWSitjF7nCBvg/w309-h400/PXL_20240207_183047404.jpg" width="309" /></a></div>It had originally been a window card with die cuts out of the Crumb Cake, and the leaves had been die cut backwards, so they sent two sets of the leaves. I layered a correct one and a mistake one on top of a freshly cut Crumb Cake base and voila! <div><br /></div><div>Then, I made the second set. I'm guessing I hadn't before because it isn't a mail-able size and I really mail just about every card I send out. So I made the original design, but stuck it on a standard sized Berry Burst base instead. I did trim the glitter paper (behind the PeekABoo Peach stripes) so that I could use it elsewhere... like on the card above! And I trimmed the greetings "to size" instaed of using the whole strip. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhHl_YNVU8tdmrANIBy0yxwFRnV1nxcGsTNqcT73_rzzopu8xCVjZPyBWlrZdzn0RfVHCYaQtX8_OAktAKEvZOWp3yKgnm8Xy8Z8tIwt4iQSoDFMWGZ82dvSLE1XiDDsTRkOr_F5qLtby2PTghRRs67DDewkBIza3aDR8oRSc6fbqrozXXC8Et7jpvH9Q/s3593/PXL_20240207_183106995.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2874" data-original-width="3593" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhHl_YNVU8tdmrANIBy0yxwFRnV1nxcGsTNqcT73_rzzopu8xCVjZPyBWlrZdzn0RfVHCYaQtX8_OAktAKEvZOWp3yKgnm8Xy8Z8tIwt4iQSoDFMWGZ82dvSLE1XiDDsTRkOr_F5qLtby2PTghRRs67DDewkBIza3aDR8oRSc6fbqrozXXC8Et7jpvH9Q/w400-h320/PXL_20240207_183106995.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>And then I was left with this much! <div>Adhesive strips, envelopes too small to mail, Calypso Coral squares, one more sheet of leafy die cut, white squares, glitter strips, flagged strips, ribbon, twine, and stamps! I think we made it!! </div><div style="text-align: left;">Today I have a card that combined the latest sketch from <a href="http://www.global-design-project.com/2024/01/global-design-project-430-sketch.html">Global Design Project,</a> and the color combination from <a href="https://colorthrowdown.blogspot.com/2024/01/color-throwdown-challenge-778.html">Color Throwdown</a>. To make the globe, I inked it all in Crumb Cake, and then used a sponge to add some Garden Green ink to it. It was done randomly, but it worked out pretty nicely for where the world is primarily green vs brown, haha! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6sDagk9pfgQV98SR0zzU7S5ImgYC5fn3P6JXwABTVHLQ5n95IPMAbKhtpUjjvSKbB925TAdxkVedD1WF3UU8rDbDktSxVEnwnwP0cMgDkcCB4UguHR65S7xDkLLIPG2U9pBJMaQ6eZBeFQZFEHhn_MMMzhLBRZqqm-u6AZHLNRzMDoBb291hg3vgFTg/s3310/PXL_20240131_201252179.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2586" data-original-width="3310" height="313" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6sDagk9pfgQV98SR0zzU7S5ImgYC5fn3P6JXwABTVHLQ5n95IPMAbKhtpUjjvSKbB925TAdxkVedD1WF3UU8rDbDktSxVEnwnwP0cMgDkcCB4UguHR65S7xDkLLIPG2U9pBJMaQ6eZBeFQZFEHhn_MMMzhLBRZqqm-u6AZHLNRzMDoBb291hg3vgFTg/w400-h313/PXL_20240131_201252179.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div style="text-align: left;">Supplies:</div><div style="text-align: left;">Stamps: Watercolor World, Sending Smiles<br />Ink: Garden Green, Crumb Cake<br />Paper: Boho Blue, Crumb Cake, Basic White card stocks<br />Accessories: Real Red & Burlap Ribbon</div>Tanyahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09404451241798660833noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3719552784854580253.post-79255149718107691222024-02-01T14:00:00.079-07:002024-02-01T14:30:57.388-07:00We Create Blog Hop: Sweet Deals<div style="text-align: left;">Can you believe we're already a month into this new year? I am <u>always</u> in need of greetings. And I love postage, haha. I love mail, I love buying stamps, it's just fun for me! And this set has 9 sizes of "postage stamps", plus a few extra details! What's not to love?? The best part is that when you order a bundle, you're saving 10% right off the bat! <br /><br /><div>But also, I've said it before and I'll say it again- Sale-A-Bration is THE best time to place an order, or host, or join as a new Demonstrator! Why? Freebies, freebies and more FREEbies! And today I'm showing off one of the Sale-A-Bration exclusive sets - Detailed Dogwood. It is beautiful! And it's FREE with an order of $100 or more (before tax and shipping). That's about the cost of two great bundles! <br /><br />SO today's card shows off the second biggest postage die, a lovely greeting, some pretty flowers, and for a bit of direction, I used the inspiration from<a href="https://tgifchallenges.blogspot.com/2024/01/tgifc457-inspiration-challenge.html"> TGIF Challenges</a> to do a fun pink and red "watercolory" look. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgMRshzm9qe3f_6Dd_McyNUioDSJzmKCALVJYJvctWxCVfgJ1eUyQg8bGSjST4bXHipzF8kDSNGHAU7TtWMMRKJqThu-eAhvp_EX6fY83hbUee794cIWND6FXRghzbEM5gLAmDjW03pUNJ0YQwidYBSyDn7XC941KNl5VMgVVVn76VsekuqS57iM5OjTw/s2715/PXL_20240201_001113219.MP.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2715" data-original-width="2210" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgMRshzm9qe3f_6Dd_McyNUioDSJzmKCALVJYJvctWxCVfgJ1eUyQg8bGSjST4bXHipzF8kDSNGHAU7TtWMMRKJqThu-eAhvp_EX6fY83hbUee794cIWND6FXRghzbEM5gLAmDjW03pUNJ0YQwidYBSyDn7XC941KNl5VMgVVVn76VsekuqS57iM5OjTw/w325-h400/PXL_20240201_001113219.MP.jpg" width="325" /></a></div><div>Supplies:</div><div>Stamps: Perennial Postage, Detailed Dogwood</div><div>Ink: Memento Black, Sweet Sorbet, Melon Mambo, Flirty Flamingo</div><div>Paper: Very Vanilla card stocks</div><div>Accessories: Black Gingham Ribbon, Perennial Postage Dies, Dimensionals, big shot (retired)<br /><br />I actually tried three times to get this background. Which is just mind-blowing... But that means that between my mom and I (my mom introduced me to Stampin' Up!), our stamping collection is EXTENSIVE. (one might use the word "ridiculous...") And sometimes that means I'm not so excited when I first glance thru a catalog because sometimes...how many leaves and flowers can one possibly own? (you don't want the answer to that, actually)</div><div style="text-align: left;"><br />But are you kidding me?? I saw this set, and in spite of the fact that my mom and I each have a (long retired) stamp set of children playing, and I have at least one set of toy stamp images, this was on the MUST GET NOW list. And the coordinating paper?? Aaaahhhh! I'm gonna need a second pack!! Immediately I thought of seriously maybe a hundred scrapbook pages I could do with these! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiEj8m5ZyXdQAKBUS25yfaXS_wKW97jHxIqyP5_U9RFI2uXGX_DstaOqbYUTg0qqwbbxJc85YSI2BfVfe74NXtSKdKYCEZpFfjDMYeSFUQbDCwh6LUTGesvAaWIGq-JJcqnvxbGvpINwgarDPXQfuxJAl3dHl_cgdo4JN4nogbXAqlwtWec7UfDG9HMqw/s4029/PXL_20240129_164453368.MP.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2090" data-original-width="4029" height="208" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiEj8m5ZyXdQAKBUS25yfaXS_wKW97jHxIqyP5_U9RFI2uXGX_DstaOqbYUTg0qqwbbxJc85YSI2BfVfe74NXtSKdKYCEZpFfjDMYeSFUQbDCwh6LUTGesvAaWIGq-JJcqnvxbGvpINwgarDPXQfuxJAl3dHl_cgdo4JN4nogbXAqlwtWec7UfDG9HMqw/w400-h208/PXL_20240129_164453368.MP.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div style="text-align: left;">There is a sheet of kids dressed up. I used a Blending Brush to pull the pink into the sky for a sunset, and the greeting is stamped in red. I also stamped the wave off a second time just a bit to the side to add some depth. <br />And wow, I have got to get more current "thank you" stamps! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgKSFwskc2IyxtF543OSsWJejK-7uUmqsCpjZwOu8c01kEXSmi2ITuQmqdro3ABVQVsvFEsbnvEU1EFar71uuFS8u9Mr54mFJ4X6neegl19SsJlLGAVF4P1C_husmVaaCO_Y83tn7WRhhLiGB5vyFEZG6ZxbpmVw4J83Ct1GGhe-A3Hf0hrkT2vLM8rqw/s2968/PXL_20240125_192557512.MP.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2369" data-original-width="2968" height="319" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgKSFwskc2IyxtF543OSsWJejK-7uUmqsCpjZwOu8c01kEXSmi2ITuQmqdro3ABVQVsvFEsbnvEU1EFar71uuFS8u9Mr54mFJ4X6neegl19SsJlLGAVF4P1C_husmVaaCO_Y83tn7WRhhLiGB5vyFEZG6ZxbpmVw4J83Ct1GGhe-A3Hf0hrkT2vLM8rqw/w400-h319/PXL_20240125_192557512.MP.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div style="text-align: left;">Supplies:</div><div style="text-align: left;">Stamps: Waves of Inspiration, Sending Smiles <br />Ink: Starry Sky, Flirty Flamingo, Cherry Cobbler</div><div style="text-align: left;">Paper: Basic White & Flirty Flamingo card stocks</div><div style="text-align: left;">Accessories: Starry Sky Metallic Ribbon, 2022-24 In Color Pearls, Dimensionals</div><div style="text-align: left;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: left;">Also, total side note- Sale-A-Bration is a great time to make sure you're stocked up on your favorite In Colors that will be retiring in just a few months! Also, I love this wave and need to pull it out more often!! <br />This time I used the sketch from <a href="https://freshlymadesketches.blogspot.com/2024/01/freshly-made-sketches-620-sketch-by.html">Freshly Made Sketches</a>, and combined it with the colors from <a href="http://www.global-design-project.com/2024/01/global-design-project-429-color.html">Global Design Project</a>. <br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgSwCvrMnC9qQLW0ytSl5UZEvGWaoRdt8ZjYc7jWNzvoYJfyPBIXFqLEiPBBqDoM8Hlc1UW1tblHESBkoQaNsGG-QLtzhXYDND58M-nN-1kMwpVJWz_rp2D39Fbvi9zx8Pkz9oEl7hZ9nSsELGeO_A2nA7HAmeThLXmN3U43Oi2Mt1ekzl8s3C1WVZguw/s3251/PXL_20240124_191246148.PORTRAIT.ORIGINAL.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3251" data-original-width="2569" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgSwCvrMnC9qQLW0ytSl5UZEvGWaoRdt8ZjYc7jWNzvoYJfyPBIXFqLEiPBBqDoM8Hlc1UW1tblHESBkoQaNsGG-QLtzhXYDND58M-nN-1kMwpVJWz_rp2D39Fbvi9zx8Pkz9oEl7hZ9nSsELGeO_A2nA7HAmeThLXmN3U43Oi2Mt1ekzl8s3C1WVZguw/w316-h400/PXL_20240124_191246148.PORTRAIT.ORIGINAL.jpg" width="316" /></a></div><div><div>Supplies:</div><div>Stamps: Waves of Inspiration</div><div>Ink: Lost Lagoon</div><div>Paper: Gray Granite, Poppy Parade & Basic White card stock</div><div>Accessories: Festive Pearls, retired circle dies, big shot (retired)</div><div><br /></div><div>and a quick tip for you- personally I like to save paper. Quick and simple too- which is what I'm best at. ha! <br />For this one I used the latest <a href="https://suochallenges.com/suoc-343-color-challenge/">SUO Challenge</a> for the colors. I got them all on there without even owning the cute DP they took it from! I kept the layout very clean and simple, stamping the greeting directly on the card base. But I think it's pretty great for a January birthday card! <br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEheZXgpVMtDaK8jk87_ouqO8VxXK1hU5f9ZegPz_oMC1fLLaOcz9D-FVvydytX09YJCes4xLm9f_UqZBcrqtn6kcMTtu4vhJG4DLpVI01cpuTy36iRpWK60JTm-rY_hNCgTcOkkC3h46VT1_41LXdv77J32wQaan_vuSqHLrFfC4OIsq26H0VTgAf5AaA/s3374/PXL_20240124_191304091.PORTRAIT.ORIGINAL.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2662" data-original-width="3374" height="315" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEheZXgpVMtDaK8jk87_ouqO8VxXK1hU5f9ZegPz_oMC1fLLaOcz9D-FVvydytX09YJCes4xLm9f_UqZBcrqtn6kcMTtu4vhJG4DLpVI01cpuTy36iRpWK60JTm-rY_hNCgTcOkkC3h46VT1_41LXdv77J32wQaan_vuSqHLrFfC4OIsq26H0VTgAf5AaA/w400-h315/PXL_20240124_191304091.PORTRAIT.ORIGINAL.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div style="text-align: left;">Supplies:<br />Stamps: Sending Smiles<br />Ink: Granny Apple Green, Daffodil Delight, Poppy Parade, Petal Pink, Pool Party </div><div style="text-align: left;">Paper: Pool Party & Basic White card stocks</div><div style="text-align: left;">Accessories: Classic Matte Dots</div>Tanyahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09404451241798660833noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3719552784854580253.post-25757738928237667882024-01-24T08:28:00.002-07:002024-01-24T10:23:38.013-07:00Valentines + Sale-A-Bration! This is also a different year than the jack o lanterns or Easter, haha. </div><div>I can't remember how old this DP is, and I know it doesn't use Merry Merlot, but I decided the card stock was close enough. And I like the corn and the apples. The ink I used also does not coordinate with that paper, although the Cajun Craze washi tape does. But coordinating is not the same as matching and in this case I think it all works. And if it doesn't, she's really the only one who will see it so it's <b>fine</b>! </div><div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhvPlt52bn5oCXnYXHAGPAnb6uCqEmy0vrcIKBs01oQxxmqnCbRdjely8qHKLZ7Sy1NEHGfYvyqe1r27yCO2EW5NQuEmiHAQHtAU-4qEH7SXe5fu99QIu6e07jQKkyF5TJybUWoOjh9h6zZDL-ZTuDxNNoD05ztwjf6gr2mYhi-dboE472waG6i1_Saww/s3830/PXL_20240117_192711739.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1949" data-original-width="3830" height="204" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhvPlt52bn5oCXnYXHAGPAnb6uCqEmy0vrcIKBs01oQxxmqnCbRdjely8qHKLZ7Sy1NEHGfYvyqe1r27yCO2EW5NQuEmiHAQHtAU-4qEH7SXe5fu99QIu6e07jQKkyF5TJybUWoOjh9h6zZDL-ZTuDxNNoD05ztwjf6gr2mYhi-dboE472waG6i1_Saww/w400-h204/PXL_20240117_192711739.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><div>Supplies:</div><div><div>Stamps: Skinny Mini Alpha</div><div>Ink: Pebbled Path</div><div>Paper: Merry Merlot, Orchard Harvest DP</div><div>Accessories: Old Washi Tape</div></div>Tanyahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09404451241798660833noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3719552784854580253.post-58075790707792009842024-01-22T08:30:00.002-07:002024-01-22T08:30:00.332-07:00Jack-o'-lanterns <p>Happy Monday! Sharing some more pages I made last week.<br />On to the next holiday in a completely different year, haha... I think this paper was from 2016, and I really love it actually. And that's literally all I did for this page. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg3LUr58b9pdpm8xUvCzeOppq0qCaKbPn48CUl1vuiTo2C_PU9jcc6au-AcDuKoG18RAuK6GNPz1uk2DvQ64rrFFwUnjRHzIXjtE-9_xTDvHrfSy7m2yAGDkewcZn2JrbdG2bALUYUsh0dyD0GpSwh2QE_4b8e52zWJO38DhLoTMyRmIIQYkDGiQQsgzA/s3958/PXL_20240117_204403994.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2044" data-original-width="3958" height="206" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg3LUr58b9pdpm8xUvCzeOppq0qCaKbPn48CUl1vuiTo2C_PU9jcc6au-AcDuKoG18RAuK6GNPz1uk2DvQ64rrFFwUnjRHzIXjtE-9_xTDvHrfSy7m2yAGDkewcZn2JrbdG2bALUYUsh0dyD0GpSwh2QE_4b8e52zWJO38DhLoTMyRmIIQYkDGiQQsgzA/w400-h206/PXL_20240117_204403994.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div><div>Supplies:</div><div>Paper: Halloween Night Specialty</div><div>Accessories: 2016-18 In Color Enamel Shapes </div></div><div><br /></div><div>Simple and quick is great because it didn't take all day and I got it done, haha. </div><div>And when I did those 17 pages, my real goal was to use up patterned paper. So I would select an event and go find a paper that would work with it and glue it down! Done is done! </div>Tanyahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09404451241798660833noreply@blogger.com0
