A Ferris Wheel!

Today I have a happy, fun card, with brand-new supplies! Okay they've been around a little bit, but *I ordered them in February and got them for my birthday, and left town and SO it is still brand new! ha! And, admittedly, time consuming, which is not my favorite. lol. I did wonder when I bought the bundle, ha, but I also kiiinda need it, hahaha.

For this card, I combined the color combination from Inspire.Create.Challenges and the top row (die cut, ribbon, sentiment) from The Paper Players, once more! I used some long retired ribbon that is a small scrap in my scrap ribbon jar, and a couple retired colors too. Anyway, I know who this is going to and it's all happy!
Supplies:
Stamps: Boardwalk Fun
Ink: Sweet Sorbet
Paper: Lemon Lolly, Basic White, Basic Black, Tahitian Tide & Sweet Sorbet card stocks
Accessories: Boardwalk Fun dies
