Stamps: Capture The Good
Ink: Memento Black
Paper: Chocolate Chip, Color Me Autumn DP
Accessories: Glitter Enamel Dots, Memories In The Making PL Accessory Pack
This is Princess Elena, a less popular princess we weren't necessarily expecting to see. She comes from a tv show that is a spin off from another tv show, ha.... The one episode my younger daughter has seen is all about sisters, so the sisters talked to her, haha.
Paper: Poppy Parade, Everyday Enchantment DPThen these two were in Fantasyland, which we didn't expect, and not exactly "connected" either, haha. Everything Pixar is in California Adventure, but okay. We absolutely were of the "take what we can get" attitude, so why not? This was made with existing items in the long-retired MDS but they fit perfectly!
I am hoping to make something with actual stamps and paper today, but we shall see. And if not, I have more Disney, haha!
When we went to Disneyland, Toon Town was at least half closed. Things were boarded off, things didn't work, and it was kind of sad and lame. We were conflicted as to whether it was nice to see it before it all changed, or if it would have been better to skip it... jury is still out on that one. Some of the "boarded up" signs were funny, but I feel like it was funnier 20something years ago.
However, we still took a lot of pictures of what we *could see, so that means several pages worth. And I used a lot of 6x6 pages of DP that have literally been collecting dust for maybe 10 or more years so that was a good thing!
okay well this one is digital... Because I needed to fit a lot of photos on there! But the wonky 'counter' that tells you how many people reside in Toon Town wasn't spinning, the different sounds didn't happen when you pushed buttons, lots just didn't work. Darnit.
Happy Saturday to you! I have another digital Disney page for you today!
I really did make a point to record the cost of what we ate, for a number of reasons. One- to remind us what kind of "budget" we're looking at for the next trip. And two- so that my cutest scrapbook readers see why going to Disneyland is not a frequent occurrence in our house. HA! Also I like comparing then and now so it might?? be fun to look back on how much things cost, or didn't, some day. Maybe.
This was our most expensive meal, and the weirdest, haha. I love how everyone's face is clearly trying to understand what is on their plate! But my husband really wanted to eat here so we did!
There is SO much happening with Stampin' Up! today! This went out this morning as an email to my newsletter list, and I shared it on facebook, so here's the highlights if you started here...
