Today I have a less obvious birthday card, but that's what it's being sent out for. This card uses the sketch from The Paper Players, and some cozy colors and textures.
I have a friend going thru a lot of struggles right now, so I hope for her birthday she gets to enjoy some good treats,
and then on the inside, a bit of encouragement to keep going, because she IS awesome.
Supplies:
Stamps: Nothing's Better Than
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso
Paper: Basic White, Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Very Vanilla card stocks, In Good Taste DP
Accessories: Heart & Home Doilies, Linen Thread, Love You More Than dies, Dimensionals, Fine Tip Glue Pen, big shot (retired)
And a close up on the detail - I stamped and die cut the chocolates on Espresso and Vanilla card stock, and then fussy cut out a "white" chocolate to mix it up.
Aww, this is adorable, Tanya! I love the encouraging message inside, and great job using the neutrals with just a little pop of Cherry Cobbler. Hope things start going better for your friend soon. Thanks for playing along with The Paper Players this week!
