I made this card for a little girl at church. We used to be her teachers and we found out she had eye surgery. I thought this was perfect for a little girl who loves pink! The butterflies are done with the Rock & Roll technique. I drew their flight-path with a white gel pen. Since its snowed every day this week, I found the butterflies and spring colors a nice change!
My newest stamps arrived yesterday. I love UPS days! I got these two sets to be used for Valentines this year. With my son in school I had to find stamps that were appropriate for him to give to friends. I thought this image set was perfect! I just needed the Happy Valentines Day greeting to make them actual Valentines! So, I bought these precut cards that come with envelopes and the pinky ones will go to the girls and the blue ones are for the boys. If I had a class list already I'd have made them all, but for now, just the two samples. I'm gonna have a lot of fun with this whole stamp set tho. I'm already planning how to use it in my February and March classes! I am excited, can ya tell?! Woohoo!
