Mother's Day!

I really did need crafty time, and I got to make this yesterday too. Hooray! haha.

This card uses three challenges- the CASE from SUO Challenges, the feminine theme from The Paper Players and I used two dies for Just Add Ink's die's challenge! And loads of old stash! Hooray for that!

Supplies: (all retired!)
Stamps: Well Said
Ink: Fresh Fig
Paper: Sahara Sand, Pink Pirouette, Parisian Summer DP
Accessories: Very Vanilla Scalloped Lace Trim, Linen Thread, Antique Pearls (actually not retired), Well Written Framelit Dies, Swirly Scribbles Dies (the flowers), Dimensionals (not retired), Glue Dots (not retired), Big Shot

  1. So pretty! It's fun to see these retired products being put to use---and just in time for Mother's Day! Thanks so much for sharing this with us at the Players this week!

  2. Hey Tanya, I love seeing some vintage DSP happening here : ) I still have a lot of this paper too and it looks great on your card. I miss Sahara Sand, I'd rather have it than Basic Blah...I mean Beige...any day. Thanks for playing along with The Paper Players!

And in response to your question on my blog...most of the time I make something for breakfast ON Sunday morning, though occasionally I'll make it on Saturday afternoon if it's something especially time-consuming. The French toast casserole I was looking at for this weekend is a make-ahead thing but I think I'm going to try a lemon coffee cake recipe :D
