Sale-A-Bration Bliss!

This was another make & take from my upline meeting, designed by Melanie (but I don't know her last name)! Its so fun and lovely tho! We were also supposed to spritz Not Quite Navy marker over it, using the color spritzer tool, but the marker was too dry by the time I got to this table.
