Family Pictures

This fall was a milestone birthday for my FIL, and you can see the projects we made for it HERE. We finally got copies of the portraits that were taken that morning, and I thought the current MDS Monday sketch was perfect for the two main photos! (I threw in a second page because we needed the others scrapped too!) So on page one, we have my husband parents, and their children and spouses. On page two, I have the parents and children, the boys, the boys with the sons in law, the girls with the daughters in law, and just the girls. I kept the page very simple to keep the focus on the photos.

Come back tomorrow to see some cards!! haha....

  1. Fabulous pages! Those pictures are perfect for the sketch, and I love how you expanded it to the second page. Thanks for joining us at MDS Monday this week!

  2. The pages are fabulous! Lovin' the family photos. Just spent Christmas in Las Vegas at a son's home there. Everyone traveled there so had all my kids and grandkids together. Of course, we had some family photos taken, too. Gotta love it!

  3. You've turned the sketch into a really fun two page spread! perfect for those wonderful family photos! thanks for joining us at MDS Monday!

  4. Love your layout, great colors to showcase your family portraits :)

  5. OMGosh, I love, love your layout and sentiment! It just conveys the idea perfectly. I really enjoy a layout with the sentiment on one page and just photos on the other. Thanks for joining us at MDS Monday this week.

  6. Love your two layouts together Tanya! It can be so tricky sometimes to get all the photos of these photo shoots into a layout, but you did it perfectly! Thanks for joining us at MDS Monday! Happy New Year to you and yours!

  7. Wow Tanya, I really love your two pages. Great photos and a great title! I'm so glad you joined us this week at MDS Monday.

Tell me what you think!
